Beautiful Apartment - 10 Minutes from City Centre

This new and quiet apartment is next to trendy Kutschker market (several food places, market stands and shops). The apartment is ideal for a couple and a third person (one double bed and another single bed in an extra room). In less than 10 minutes you can reach the city centre (Ring Street, 1st district) by tram or by bike (there is a bike rental station just across the street). Families and kids are welcome. If you have special wishes just let us know, we are more than happy to help you. The space The apartment is situated in one of the most popular and safe neighbourhoods in Vienna. There a lot of outdoor eating areas, shops und market stands just around the corner. The apartment is on the second floor of an old, typical Viennese-style but renovated house. You can reach the apartment by escalator. The completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a glass shower and a washing machine as well as a writing desk in the second room should make your stay relaxing and comfortable..... Just check out the photos. In the apartment you can use WLAN internet for free. There is a new Smart TV in the apartment. You can watch Netflix with your account if you want. You can reach the city centre in less than 10 minutes by tram. If you take the tram in the opposite direction you will get to the Vienna forest for a nice walk in about 12 minutes. There is also an underground station (U-Bahn) within 5 minutes walking distance (the station is called "Währinger Straße / Volksoper").
