Rental unit in London

Great two-floor maisonette in east London (neighbourhood of Bow), close to Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, the Olympic Park and the O2 Arena. Renovated in a retro style but with all modern conveniences (washer/dryer, dishwasher etc). Very conveniently located, just 7 mins walk to Bromley-by-Bow Tube or Devons Road DLR stations. 30 mins to Oxford Street & central London. Easy access to vibrant nightlife in Dalston, Shoreditch, Hackney. Great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. The space On a very quiet residential street but just 3 mins walk to the bustling Bow Road for amenities and two light railway (DLR) stops from Stratford, which has the biggest shopping mall in Europe (Westfield), the Olympic Park, Abba Arena, and the London Stadium (home to West Ham FC and venue for music concerts). The flat is based over two floors, with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor and a decent-sized back garden which you can access. Upstairs is the bathroom, which includes a shower and a bath, and your bedroom. Wooden oak floors downstairs and luxury cream carpet upstairs, including your room. The bed is a small double (Queen size). Guest access You will have both floors available to you, including kitchen, living room, bathroom (all shared) and of course your bedroom. You will be in the flat with me (I have a separate bedroom). I will probably be out much of the time. During your stay You will receive keys at the start of your stay and I will give you a short manual regarding the house and am available to assist on my mobile or in person at the home with any queries for the rest of your stay. I am a 43-year old professional - I work in the Parliament as a civil servant - originally from near Manchester. I have been in London for 19 years so know the city really well and am more than happy to give you tips on sightseeing, restaurants, music, theatre, nightlife, etc. I am British but have Polish background. I also love travel and have been all over, including many places in Europe, Australia, USA, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Morocco, Mexico, Argentina... Other things to note The flat is accessible from all London airports but particularly convenient from/to Stansted Airport. There is a National Express coach (bus) from Stansted which stops very close to my place.
