In its place, you will find the rustling of leaves, the natural cool breeze of the trees, and the clearest starry sky you can imagine. The Cottage Located in a secluded and independent position within our private property, just 3 km from the charming village of Castagneto Carducci, the house is a cozy sanctuary featuring: Living Area: A fully equipped kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed. Sleeping Area: An intimate and quiet double bedroom. Comforts: Bathroom with washing machine; bed linens and bath towels are provided. Relaxation Under the Stars The true highlight? In the garden, you will find a private Jacuzzi hot tub (5/6 seats) for your exclusive use. Imagine soaking in total relaxation after a day at the beach or hiking, surrounded by the stillness of the woods, whether under the sun or the moonlight. Explore Tuscany We are in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, a strategic location for every desire: The Sea: Beautiful beaches are only a 15-minute drive away. Villages & Culture: Just a stone's throw from Bolgheri, and within easy reach of Populonia, Volterra (45 min), Siena (1.5 h), and Florence (2 h). Activities: An ideal starting point for hiking or cycling excursions. Useful Notes for Your Stay Arrival: To reach us, you will drive for about 3.5 km along a beautiful unpaved road through the forest. It is in good condition, but we do not recommend low-clearance or sports cars. A car is essential. Linens: Bed linens and bath towels are included. Beach or pool towels are not provided. A weekly change of linens is available upon request (€10.00 per person). House Rules: To ensure maximum tranquility, pets are not allowed.
