Cà del Borgo Historic Village

Located in the small hilltop village of Cecina, in the municipality of Toscolano-Maderno, it is a very bright apartment, in a quiet and central location. 150 meters from a large public and free parking lot, 20 meters from a grocery store and three restaurants, it is ideal for excursions within the Regional Park of the upper Garda Bresciano, bike rides, but also for lovers of the game of golf (the course is a few kilometers away). The public beach is a 5-minute drive away. The space Cà del Borgo is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a microwave, hairdryer, American coffee machine and moka pot. There is also a flat-screen TV, but it currently does not have cable channels. On the hottest days or at the discretion of the guests, it is possible to activate the ceiling fans, present both in the bedroom and in the living area. The bathroom is divided into two rooms, in the smaller one there is the toilet bowl, while the larger one has a sink, bidet, bathtub. A comfortable room at street level allows guests to safely store their mountain bikes. Guest access The accommodation is accessible in its entirety, so guests will have all the privacy they need. Other things to note The accommodation tax of the municipality of Toscolano-Maderno, applicable to all guests over the age of 14, is excluded from the expenses indicated, and is set at 1.00 euro per night, per person. Upon arrival, guests must kindly provide a valid identity document, so that Ms. Carlotta can register them both on the municipality's website and on the Brescia police station's website. Sheets and towels are included in the price, but for an additional change in the middle of the stay, it is 5.00 euros per person (to be counted outside the total price).
