The apartment is located in Rovinjsko Selo, less then 10 minutes drive away from town of Rovinj and its numerous beaches. Rovinjsko Selo is a peaceful and quiet area, an ideal place to rest because away from city crowds and traffic. Bicycle paths pass in the immediate vicinity of the house. The apartment is located on the first floor of the family house and has its own private entrance. The owners live on the ground floor. In the garden there are built fireplace and bread oven which guests are free to use or, in agreement with the guests, hosts can help them to prepare a grill. On the spacious covered terrace there is a large wooden table and benches. From the terrace one can have a magnificent view on the sea and part of Rovinj. Near the house there is a bike path that leads towards the town of Rovinj and Limski kanal. The apartment comes with a living space of approx. 100 m2. There is: a kitchen with dining room, one double bedroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, living room and big terrace. The living area is equipped with air conditioning. In the garden there is a small house comprising an apartment for 2 persons. Other things to note Dear guests, we kindly ask you to avoid loud noises and jumping in the apartment, especially during the late hours, as we live on the ground floor just below.
