A large traditional villa in the heart of Valpolicella located amongst the vineyards, just outside the village of Negrar. The villa has been renovated to offer modern comforts in a traditional setting. It has private parking in front of the villa. NEW SOLARIUM AREA WITH SMALL POOL/HYDROMASSAGE FOR 6 people.. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with ensuite bathroom and the third one, the “loft”, with its own dedicated bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed (4’6” * 6’3”) and can accommodate an additional single bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a bath tub. The second bedroom has two single beds which can easily be arranged as a double-bed. This room can also accommodate an additional single bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. The third room -the loft- is split over two levels. There is a is double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed on the main level. This room has the exclusive use of the next door bathroom which has a shower.
