Stylishly decorated Périgord farm house

Our beautifully renovated 18th century Périgord farmhouse is located at the end of a path, among the green hills of the Périgord Noir. The house is called 'Terret Haut': high terrain. It is surrounded by forest and meadows, populated with birds and deer. The garden provides ample space for playing Pétanque or badminton and might serve as an ideal chipping green. We like to think of Terret Haut as our own piece of paradise. The space The old farmhouse has been completely renovated and features wooden beams, stone walls with plenty of character. The gîte comprises three bedrooms upstairs (one double bedroom and two with two single beds), high-quality travel cot, a bathroom, with all the amenities and a sitting-room. The sitting room is comfortable and furnished with beautiful local Périgord antique. It also has a working wood burner. The garden is shaded, there is a possibility of outdoor dining with a barbecue. With the quiet and relaxing surroundings, the environment is ideal for children. In the garden, a trampoline, a wooden hut and toys as well as some balls to keep the children occupied. Guest access You have full access to the house and private car park. There is ample of space, we have two acres of private property. Other things to note Our house is located in a very isolated spot where you can find plenty of Grande Randonnée paths around the house. From the house you can take long hikes into the wild, where you can find all sorts of wild animals like deers, badgers and beautiful birds.
