Come and discover the Charentaise countryside, in the heart of the Cognac Vineyard, in Grande Champagne, within a wine farm. I offer you a new 50 m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can take advantage of the heated family pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery. The space I rehabilitated this barn so that it could accommodate my children, grandchildren and friends, and I am pleased to offer it to you for rent today. Composition of the accommodation: This accommodation consists of a bedroom, a relaxation area, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a terrace. Bedroom with very comfortable 160 cm double bed; baby bed available if needed. The relaxation area consists of 2 benches (2 beds of 100 cm x 200 cm), a TV, a closet and a bookcase. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge, etc.) Separate toilet. Bathroom with walk-in shower.
