The house has a capacity for 1-8 persons (extendable to max. 12 persons*) distributed in four bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. It has a huge living/dining room with a fireplace, 2 sofa beds* for 2 persons each. The kitchen is fully equipped (kitchenware, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, water-heater, toaster) heating, TV, free WIFI and two bathrooms (WC, SHOWER). No air condition, only fans. The space Yeguada Senillosa is situated in the natural parc of `Els Aiguamolls de l'Empordà´ between Castelló d'Empúries and Sant Pere Pescador and only 10 minutes away from the beach. It is a farm of 100 hectares where PRE (Pure Spanish Breed) horses are bred, the oldest in Catalonia, with around 130 horses, including stallions, studs and foals. Surrounded by rice fields, it is a place of incredible beauty where you can enjoy its nature, its children's area next to the lake and a nice walk with our boats admiring the local fauna such as storks, ducks, geese... The house must be returned in the same conditions in which it was handed over, if necessary, 25€/hour for cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. Please note: Groups in large numbers will be asked to indicate the purpose of their visit to our installations. As we are located within the natural park, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. The tourist tax is not included, it is 1€ per person, over 17 years old per night. Limited to a maximum of 7 nights. No Aire-Acondicion, only FANS.
