The cottage is 800 meters from the village where you will find the café, restaurant and grocery store, you will also find the hiking trail departures. You are a 20-minute drive to FUTUROSCOPE and 70 km from the Loire Valley castles. In the village you have a tree climbing park, an equestrian center and an educational farm. In the summer, you can access the vegetable garden and help yourself to organically grown vegetables and fruits. Kids love it... The space You will find in the kitchen dishes , utensils, tea towels and homemade cleaning products. There is a fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, coffee maker. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and bath mat, dry toilet as well as a washing machine. The upstairs bedroom has two 0.90 beds and downstairs in the living room, the quality sofa bed will welcome you for a good night's sleep. I can also provide childcare equipment as needed. Other things to note This cottage of old construction on the outside (in white stone of the country) is completely renovated inside to offer the essential comfort. I wanted it to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so the hemp insulation protects from the heat in summer and I chose to equip it with dry toilets to combat water loss and pollution of our rivers.
