Fab house, 250 yards from the beach and sea views

‘Pendora’ is a well appointed 3 bedroom home within a stones throw from the beach. Walking distance (albeit all uphill coming back) from local cafes & a pub & of course award winning Crackington Haven beach. Ground floor features living & dining area, kitchen, a twin room, a single room & family shower room. Access onto the balcony from the living/dining area with BBQ. Upstairs for the master suite with en-suite bathroom & views. Pets are welcome however they’ll be an additional cleaning fee. The space Enjoy rainy days in watching Netflix or playing a game or get amongst your surroundings and go surfing and have a cream tea! After a long day, sit on the balcony and watch the waves! On the ground floor level of the house you will find the twin room and the single. The master en-suite king bedroom is accessed via space saving stairs into the loft space so you get the most spectacular elevated sea views. Please note there is no garden but there is a balcony and a patio. Guest access Property is accessed by a shared courtyard garden which has communal seating. However the house and balcony are all yours! The garden underneath the property which is viewed from the balcony belongs to the neighbouring property so not for our use. Other things to note COVID 19 UPDATE PLEASE AT TIME OF BOOKING, ADHERE TO ANY RELEVANT GUIDELINES THAT ARE IN PLACE EG HOUSEHOLD MIXING, RULE OF SIX ETC. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RULES YOU MAYBE BREAKING FOR YOUR STAY. Although we are only 250 yards from the beach, it is a steep slope getting back up so please be aware that anyone with mobility issues might struggle! There are steps to get up to the property also. The upstairs master bedroom is accessed via space saving steps which are by definition steep. Please be aware of this before booking but the photos of these are on the listing. There is no door to this room. The en-suite to this room includes a bath but no shower. There is no garden so please be aware if bringing a pooch. The beach isn’t dog friendly in the summer but I can advise of any places to walk the dog!
