Cottage in Totnes

This lovely stone, character cottage built around 1885, is in a quiet spot but close to town. A comfortable bed, a good breakfast and a friendly and informative host.... I do not run a bed & breakfast, you will be staying with me, in my house. The space Small bright room with a comfortable single bed, and view of garden. Next to shared bathroom. FACILITIES I have good Wi-Fi. I do not have feather pillows or duvets so suitable if you have allergies. FOOD Breakfast provided. Please let me know if you have any special dietary needs. THE AREA The cottage is tucked away from the road, so is very quiet and private. Most of the time there is car parking available although it can be tight at times. Five minutes walk will take you to the bottom of town, where you can access buses. We are 15-20 minutes walk from the station. I have no pets. Please be aware that this is my home and is not a full time hotel. If you are a single man without reviews please do not attempt to book to stay here. Guest access The bathroom is shared. You are welcome to sit in the lounge with me. The kitchen is available to make hot drinks at any time, or to eat your food. Sorry, cooking facilities are not available. There is limited space in the fridge... There are seats in the garden if you would like to sit and listen to the birds... During your stay I can supply maps and guides to the area. I supply a house key if you are staying for more than one night. Other things to note Please note that the guest bedroom is small. I would appreciate it if you could let me know, before you arrive, if you have any special needs, if you will be late arriving, or likely to be back late in the evenings.
