Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds are all within easy reach. Kitchen area has fridge, two ring hob , combination microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, all utensils and crockery . Bathroom with power shower, bath, basin and WC. Lovely views over farm. Outdoor seating by wildlife pond. Guest access Separate entrance into small lobby. The apartment is up a twisty spiral staircase. Electric gate at bottom of drive. Fob supplied on arrival for your use. Guests are welcome to enjoy the farm and surrounding land. Watch the cattle graze and sit by the wildlife pond . There are garden tables and chairs overlooking wildlife pond. for you to enjoy a quiet cup of tea or glass of wine. However the garden is private. Other things to note We have good broadband connection and WiFi password will be in the apartment. Coffee, tea and cookies on arrival.
