Villa Elizabeth is a fully restored stone house with 3 bedrooms, located in the heart of the wine area of Cyprus. The village of Pachna provides visitors with beautiful scenic views of the mountains and vineyards. This villa has a spacious terrace and a large private pool. The space The main living space is on the first floor and is reached by steps from the pool area. Located at the heart of wine country in a picturesque village. This is an ideal base for a relaxing break. Living Space The indoor living space is open plan; the room is fully air-conditioned and benefits from high beamed ceilings, keeping the house wonderfully cool. All windows are double-glazed and feature exterior shutters or sunblinds. There is a cosy sofa corner around an ornamental fireplace with a flat screen TV, DVD player and selection of DVDs There is a long wooden table between the kitchen and living space, which comfortably seats eight. The outdoor dining area also seats eight. Kitchen The attractive modern kitchen is well equipped for catering with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and glassware. Bedrooms Villa Elizabeth sleeps up to six people in two double rooms and one twin, located on the first floor. The main bedroom has a super king sized bed and opens out onto the outdoor seating area on one side and the main terrace on the other. It has an en-suite shower, split unit air-conditioning, plenty of storage space and a safety deposit box with a key. The second double room has a king-sized bed, split-unit air-conditioning, fully integrated fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The twin room has two large single beds (120x140cm), split-unit air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bathrooms There is an en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom, an additional family bathroom on the first floor and a third bathroom on the ground floor, convenient for the pool. All bathrooms have a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Outdoor Space Villa Elizabeth enjoys a stunning 250m2 of outdoor space! The walled courtyard on ground floor level features a beautiful 10mx5m swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds. Stone steps from the pool area lead to the covered upper terrace that features a large outdoor living space with comfortable rattan sofas and chairs. There is also an additional outdoor dining area attractively furnished with a wooden table and chairs to seat up to eight people. The entire upper terrace is covered for shade allowing you to enjoy the fresh village air and rural views all through the day Guest access Lockbox located at the front of property.
