The space Modern and bright house, tastefully decorated, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, 150 m2 garden without opposite with gas barbecue, trampoline, private parking for 3 cars, washing machine, large living/dining room, 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the floor), 1 bathroom + shower (ground floor), 1 shower room (floor), 2 separate toilets (ground floor and floor), 1 open TV room (floor), Wi-Fi. The bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed 160 x 200, upstairs 2 bedrooms with a double bed 160 x 200, and 1 bedroom with a single bed 80 x 200 or double bed 160 x 200 (2 small duvets or 1 large duvet of your choice), two bunk beds 90 x 190 (duvet dimensions: single bed 140 x 200, double bed 220 x 240, pillows: 60 x 60) Upstairs there is also 1 open TV room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people 140 x 190. The house can accommodate 8/10 adults comfortably or 6 adults + 4/6 children. Guest access Private parking for 3 cars Other things to note WEEKLY special OFFER (please send a message, we will send you the offer): 2 Rental periods and rates - Outside of school holidays, the weekly rate is €900 (+ Airbnb service fee). - During school holidays, the weekly rate is: excluding summer €1109 (+ Airbnb service fee) and in July/August €1309 (+ Airbnb service fee), from Saturday to Saturday from April. MANDATORY CLEANING FEE: Please pay the cleaning fee of €80 in cash to the manager at the time of check-in. A minimum of maintenance is required from guests (emptied garbage cans, glass bottles evacuated, dishes stored, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and barbecue, including gas canister replaced if one has been emptied), with the manager reserving the right to take an additional amount from the deposit if the house requires additional cleaning. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please provide a check in the amount of €800 to be given at the time of check-in, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay minus any damage. NON-PROPOSE LINEN: Bed linens and towels are to be provided. NON-ACCEPTES PETS TOURIST TAX: The flat-rate tourist tax corresponding to 5% of the rental price (excluding Airbnb fees) will be requested upon booking through the platform.
