New-build apartments ALPsmart in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time in the quite place next to kids playground and a forest. Place has a stunning view on the valley Oetztal. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment. The space We have Apartment “Sunrise” with 2 bedrooms and Studio "Sunset" with 1 bedroom, where can together accommodate comfortably 6-7 persons. + Each bedroom has a closet and queen-size bed, which can be transformed to 2 single beds!! Please let us know, which of configuration would you prefer. Also it is possible to have an additional single bed for kid. + In the living room of Apartment “Sunrise”there is a sofa which can be used to accommodate 1-2 additional persons. + Both Apartment “Sunrise” and Studio "Sunset" have a SmartTV with Netflix, dining table and kitchen.+ Each kitchen includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker Nespresso, electric kattle and dishes.   + 2 Bathrooms with shower, WC and also hair dryer. + You will have all necessary in the apartments: towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs.
