Deadwood

Deadwood is a ten acre property, nestled on the bank of the Hume Dam in North East Victoria. Facing north, the house is surrounded by established trees and has incredible views. Relax on the wide verandah or in the hot spa and watch the sunset turn the hills of NSW across the water a stunning pink. Pat the horses and feed the chickens and don’t forget to collect the fresh eggs each day! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! The space You will have use of the whole house and all the facilities. Take a short walk down to the waters edge and watch the kids splash about, while the swans and pelicans glide by and the eagles watch you from above. Guest access The whole property is available to guests, except the horse paddocks and the sheds. Other things to note Our verandah is old and worn out. Watch out for the odd nail that pokes up - make sure your kids wear shoes when outside. Our horses are very friendly but horses can be unpredictable so please take care not to get bitten if you are feeding them carrots and apples. There are small dams on the property, and although there is a fenced house paddock, your children could open a gate and explore the rest of the property. Please always watch your children closely and keep them safe from drowning.
