Aloha Shack is a coastal holiday house with a truly relaxed vibe, evoking the feeling of a bygone era. The subtle references to Hawaiian surf culture of the 60's and 70's creates a light-hearted holiday atmosphere for couples or families. The super spacious sofa is perfect to relax and indulge in some well earned down time whilst using the free wifi. An additional outdoor hot shower area is enclosed and private. Relax under the trees on the lawn, or the undercover patio. The space The Aloha Shack is close to all amenities including: the IGA supermarket, cafe/pizza/takeaway, chemist, fresh bakery and the kids playground with skatepark. The beach is just 150 metres away. Walk to the tavern and beaches and it's just a 2 minute drive to the sanddunes. After watching the sunset at the beach, just down the road, finish your day with an outdoor bbq. Dine at the large timber outdoor table in the fully lit and sheltered undercover area. The Balinese influenced outdoor hot/cold shower area is enclosed and private. Afterwards relax under the shady peppi trees on the lush lawn. Aloha Shack is connected by one wall to Hula Shack next door. Aloha Shack has a totally separate yard and garden. Size. interior approx 100m2 🌺FYI. This property was built in the 1970's. It is not a newly constructed house. If a "new build" is important to you, then this casual dwelling might not be your style. Guest access The guest only laundry comprises a Bosch washing machine and laundry trough, with plenty of sunny clothesline space to dry your beach towels, wetsuits and washing. NB: The washing machine is also available for use by guests of the Hula Shack, next door. However they have use of a separate clothesline. Other things to note For those who love a home brewed coffee a Nespresso machine is provided. So bring along some coffee pods, or you can usually buy them at the local Supermarket. Beds and bedding are high quality and super comfy. All beds feature doonas and there are plenty of spare pillows and blankets available. The master bedroom features a queen bed with fluffy doona and plenty of pillows, and if you fancy a sleep-in the room is shaded by timber blinds and block-out curtains.
