Welcome to this charming, centrally-located downtown Kerrville guesthouse apt! This apt in the Theater District has everything you need for a weekend getaway. You can relax on the patio with a glass of wine while enjoying the firepit, or for the more adventurous ones, take a bike ride a few blocks to visit the Guadalupe river trail. Close to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops It's a great place to relax and enjoy the local culture or getaway for a special celebratory weekend! ..NO SMOKERS! The space The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware including wine glasses and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in at the island bar (2 barstools). The Tempurpedic King bed is so comfy after a long day of enjoying the river, hiking, biking or a quick trip to the Fredericksburg wineries! There is also a fold down futon in case you brought a guest or little one. This quaint guesthouse has a walk-in shower with plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, living room with Netflix and Roku TV. Put your feet up and relax on the outdoor patio chairs. The patio has a small table in case you want to dine outside. There is also a propane grill for those summer picnics. Enjoy the string light strewn deck with a view of the private back yard and firepit. We take cleaning very seriously which is why our vacation guesthouse is cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. Guest access There is a coded key pad on the door for your convenience. Parking: There is one parking spot on the left side of the house through the courtyard gate in front of the guest house. THERE IS NO PARKING FOR A TRAILER! Walking distance to downtown, pharmacy, grocery store, breweries, wine room, fast food, etc. Other things to note This is a guest house in downtown Kerrville that is behind a private home just through a courtyard. It has its own parking, back yard and patio. *Owner has severe pet allergies so please do not ask for any exceptions on the no animal rule* *Absolutely NO SMOKING! (If there is a smell of smoke after a guest....we will charge a MINIMUM of $500 to the guest )
