Unique apartment located in the heart of Tain

Our home is a 2 floor apartment based on the High Street of the Royal Burgh, Tain. Set in the Highlands, our property is an ideal location for exploring the local area and travelling along the NC500. The property can sleep up to 4 guests and has many amenities included. We have 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed. We have oil heating, a wood burner and 2 showers/bathrooms. The space The living area has a huge, handmade dining table for you to enjoy your meals. We also have superfast wifi for you to use, as well as access to our Netflix/firestick. In the living room, we use a projector for watching movies etc which you will have full access to. Our bathroom downstairs has a large bath as well as a powerful dual head shower. In the kitchen, we have a range of basics that you may require such as tea, coffee, salt etc. There is a large island for you to use as a breakfast table. We also have a dishwasher that you may use, and you are welcome to use our pots, pans etc. In the hallway is a bike rack, suitable for 2 bikes if you wish to bring them with you. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer which you are welcome to also use. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and shower room. Bedroom 1 is a large room with a queen bed, dressing table and walk in wardrobe/full length mirror. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a small couch and a widescreen tv. There is also an x-box in this room which you are free to use to play games/watch Netflix, etc. The shower room upstairs is fitted with a toilet, sink and an electric shower. We shall provide bedding, towels, some toiletries. There is also a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher located in the kitchen. Guest access We have a keybox for easy self check in. Parking is free and is located at the Royal Hotel car park beside our home.
