Rustic, romantic Kommetjie cottage

Lovely cottage in a small secure complex, with an approximate 1km walk to the beach. Small open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Downstairs includes a small bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is a spacious open plan loft bedroom with shower, toilet and basin. The space Cosy open plan downstairs area with double doors leading onto deck and sweet garden with table, benches, patio umbrella and fire pit. Spacious loft bedroom upstairs with open plan shower, toilet and basin. Wifi is available. The cottage does NOT HAVE A TV. Guest access The cottage is one of fifteen properties in a secure road, access via remotely operated sliding gates. Other things to note The City of Cape Town may experience some load shedding (action to reduce the load on the electricity supply to avoid excessive load on the generating plant). The times for load shedding is currently unpredictable, however we do usually have some warning. Generally the power will go off for 2hours at a time. You can download the app "eskom se push" to receive the alerts yourself. The cottage is in area Zone 8 (Fish Hoek).
