The pool is shared with only two other guests who may be present in another rental accommodation on the same property and occasionally with the owner. No one else has access to it. It is cleaned and sanitized every day. Other things to note The living space is located in a large park of over 50,000.00 square meters, with a variety of tall trees, some of which are centuries old: sequoias, ginko biloba, cedars of Lebanon, tricolor beech, hanging beech, liquidambar, araucaria, fir, pine, Canadian oak, walnut and hundreds of other different types of trees. At the edge of the property flows the Bormida river, which gives its name to the valley of the same name, characterized by vineyards, the production of very famous local wines such as Brachetto, Barbera, Dolcetto, Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Cortese, Gavi, Arneis, Moscato d'Asti, etc., and its refined and genuine culinary art (Piedmontese meat, mushrooms, truffles, Robiola di Roccaverano and much more to discover).
