Next to the fair of Munich (15 minutes by car). The space The house is situated opposite to a park in a very quiet and green surroundings, ideal to relax after a hard day in the city. Parking facilities directly in front of the house. Shops, restaurants and several "Biergarten" are in 10 minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop in two minutes walking distance connecting you to Trudering Station, where U Bahn and S-Bahn bring you to Munich Centre, Central Station and the "Oktoberfest" in less than 20 minutes. Guest access You live in a separate room with double bed and private bathroom. We offer you coffee and tea and you can use the kitchen to prepare your own breakfast. The cooking of meals is not wanted. If the weather allows, relax in our beautiful garden and if you need a bicycle you can rent it for 5 Euros per day.
