Casa il Poggetto is free on three sides and has an enclosed, terraced garden. In the lower part is the open living area with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. The double bedroom with two single beds and a guest toilet is on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The outside living room is on the lower terrace. One terrace higher is the dining table with grill. Further up there is another terrace with loungers and a pool. Although the house does not have a private car park, there is always free parking along the road with little traffic in front of the house. Other things to note Casa il Poggetto is perfect for people who want to spend their holiday immersing themselves in village life while visiting Tuscany. The house also lends itself to private cooking lessons or dinners with a private chef on request.
