Llantysilio Hall - Memorable Events

Llantysilio Hall is set in the stunning landscape of the Dee Valley, adjacent to the historic Horseshoe Falls and the Llangollen Canal (a World Heritage site). Hosted by Ak, this listing is dedicated to corporate events, yoga retreats, workshops, filming and themed events. Events may use indoor entertainment rooms or the grounds. Larger events may require setting up a marquee and mobile washrooms. The main listing 'Grand Homestay' is hosted by Lama and dedicated only to holiday accommodation. The space The House is quite large and can accommodate a larger number of guests, depending on group configuration. The Airbnb classification of the type of property only shows 3 categories; entire home, private room or shared room. The Hall is neither of these. While we have the entire listed space available for bookings, we charge by the number of guests, and not rooms. Also, please bear in mind that Airbnb can only quote up to 16 guests. If Your group happens to be larger than 16 guests, this will need to be communicated with the Hosts for the appropriate charge. On weekends there is a minimum charge of 16 guests while on weekdays, for groups fewer than 4, there will be a minimum charge of £280 per night. The Hall is not licensed to serve meals. However, guests are welcome to use the 2-room modern kitchen facility to cook their own meals. Some guests prefer to use caterers or to bring their own chef, which is fine by us. If guests choose to eat out there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Guest access Guests get exclusive use of the entertainment rooms in the house as well as 10 acres of grounds. Some pets are allowed depending on number and size, but we need to informed prior to bringing pets along. Walking with dogs down to the river bank is fine as long as they are kept on a leash because this access is through neighbouring fields which often have grazing sheep and cattle. Other things to note Parking is available for all guests whatever vehicles or bikes they may have. The front garden may be used for some games. Our stairs do not have infant gates on landings. Infants and small children must be looked after by adults at all times. Walking into Llangollen takes around 45 minutes by the Llangollen Canal or by the main road.
