Tipuana Cottage

Our lovely cottage is set in the small tranquil suburb of Fontainebleau, Johannesburg, which has access (within 10km) of all; Sandton/Rosebank/ Hyde Park/Bryanston/Fourways & Randpark. This stand alone cottage is fully furnished with a 2 bedroom layout (ie: a maximum of 3 guests). A very well kept garden and a large pool provide a great view from both bedrooms as well as the fully equipped dinning room / self-catering kitchen and lounge. The bathroom has a toilet, basin and rain-head shower. The space The recently remodeled and newly furnished 63sqm cottage is set in a tree filled garden. The cottage has full satellite TV which includes channels covering; Sport / News (CNN, BBC, SKY, RT) / Financial (Bloomberg) / Movies (DSTV / Showmax) / Children's channels, a large selection of music channels as well as selected foreign language channels. You are invited to use our fast fibre-optic WiFi and Ethernet to connect to your family / business or the rest of the world. The cottage has many power outlets, so you can easily keep your phone or tablet fully charged. A queen size bed in the main bedroom and a 3/4 bed in the second bedroom, makes this venue ideally suited for a couple with one child. Both bedrooms are supplied with Egyptian cotton linen and duck down pillows and duvets. Non-allergic pillows are also available. The indoor and outdoor space is private and secure. Guests are actively encouraged to make use of the patio, pool, braai (BBQ) area and garden. We trust that our guests will enjoy the serenity of our environment. We could provide breakfast and/or dinner if required (at additional cost), but otherwise the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove / oven / microwave / refrigerator / kettle & toaster. We provide complimentary tea / coffee / sugar & milk in addition to soap / shampoo / towels & toilet paper. South Africa does experience power outages from time to time. We do have a back-up generator on site. Guests will receive a remote control for the gate to our property, so they can come/go as they please. The property is secured with an alarm system linked to a 24-hour response service.
