Lovely double bedroom available in my home, looking out on to the garden. Good sized bathroom and lovely open plan sitting room/kitchen decorated to high spec with a modern and trendy look. The space This modern little home has a great sized double bedroom available, spacious open plan kitchen/sitting room and a lovely garden which catches all the morning sun and offers a place for smokers as well as those wishing to have an alfresco meal! Guest access An 8 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube, which is a short tube ride away from central London. Balham is also just a twenty minute walk away, for those who are looking for a more neightborhood experience than the bright lights of the city! Wandsworth Common is a 15 mintue walk and a great place to relax, go for a run or enjoy one of the restaurants, cafes or pubs that overlook it. During your stay I am happy to interact as much or as little as guests wish. I work for a restaurant and bar magazine so I can offer lots of ideas and tips for things to do and see in the capital. I am happy for guests to use the sitting room/kitchen as well, if they want a night off from expoloring town, and offer breakfast also.
