My home, with a leafy garden is on the banks of Diyawanna Lake, in Sri Jayawardenapura, Kotte. It is a very peaceful setting. Has 2 bed rooms en-suit toilets, sitting,dinning, kitchenette, garage & garden. Has a Fibre Optic Wi-Fi.. There is an annex with separate entrance, 1 bedroom and loft that can be used as a bedroom or a study, bathroom, sitting, kitchenette & garage. A very peaceful setting and a natural garden with many trees. Ideal for aperson/couple who need to work in solitude. Guest access The entire House and Garden will be for yourself only. It will not be shared with anyone else although it has 2 bedrooms. THE ANNEX The Annex too is given out as I'm most of the time at Galkadawala. The Annex consist of Living/dinning /kitchenette/courtyard. 1 Bedroom (qeen bed) and a loft (double mattress). The loft can be used as a study too. Some of my belongings are there, which you will have to "live with". Rate per night is us$30 per night. When sending an inquiry please mention what you require the "Main House" or the "Annex". So that the rate can be changed accordingly, when I'm replying you. Other things to note House is designed so that your feel your are very much with nature . It is cool and airy with lot of light.
