You are welcome to enjoy the tranquility of our living-room, the memorable sunsets at the pool and a glass or two of wine from the balcony overlooking the amazing Boka bay. The apartment is located in Risan, the heart of the Boka Bay, 17km far from Kotor, 25 km from Herceg Novi and 30km from Tivat airport. The space A very nice and comfortable apartment, with an amazing view on the bay of Risan. You can book us to pick you up at the airport at an advantaged rate. You can also hire a car boat etc., in fact we can support anything you might want or need. The flat is a short distance to most tourist areas. It has a terrace with breath-taking views, a swimming pool. All amenities are close by including shops, restaurants, transport. This flat is great value for its proximity to Risan,Perast and ease of getting in to Kotor where it is a busy tourist hotspot, so best not to sleep too close to Kotor as it can be noisy. This is a luxury 1 bedroom flat with a lovely Lounge with spectacular views in a peaceful location, yet interesting activities on the water (You will never be bored watching the boats!). The flat has been refurbished to a very good standard throughout and equipped with all modern conveniences and has the following: - A Lounge that has a large Sofa that converts to a comfortable double sofabed...(We can provide additional beds). It has a balcony with an sweeping views over the bay. - An Open-plan kitchen which is fully equipped with a hob/oven, fridge/freezer, crockery and utensils and cooking facilities. - 1 Double bedroom with a double bed (with reading laps) and fresh clean beddings - A Large wardrobe for clothes - Showerroom with sink, mirror and toilet. - Wifi Broadband is provided free of charge. - TV in Lounge area - Kitchenette is open-plan to the Lounge - Clean Towels are provided for all guests. - The flat will accommodate a small group of maximum of 4/5 people and all beds are comfortable but please let us know in advance the size of your group. Other things to note The oldest city of the Boka region, Risan originated in the 3rd century BC and was the seafaring, commercial and workshop centre of the Illyrian state. With the arrival of the Romans in Risan, palaces were built with the best Greek marble and decorated with magnificent sculptures and mosaics. These have lasted up to the present and form an invaluable cultural treasure. Among the large number of mosaics is one of the God Hypnos, which is remarkable in that it is the only mosaic figure of the God of Dreams in the world. The area is a bit steep so car/taxi is recommended to get down to the beach and town.
