You can reach the Planet Planai valley station, the center of Schladming with its numerous shops, bars & restaurants as well as the outdoor and indoor pool in about 10 minutes on foot. You won't need a car, as the ski bus takes you comfortably, quickly and safely to the slopes from the bus stop, just 50 meters away! The apartment's top location is not only impressive in winter, even in summer there are hiking trails, cycle paths, running routes, water bays on the Enns and numerous other leisure activities at your feet. An ideal holiday home in summer and winter - perfect for families or friends who prefer a quiet holiday close to the center. The apartment itself impresses with its size, comfort and tasteful furnishings. Located on the 2nd floor of a residential building. The approx. size of 100m² includes a living room, a separate kitchen, a dining room, two - three separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two spacious, covered balconies. A parking space is available directly in front of the house (additional cars must be reserved for a fee). There is a ski depot for your skis or snowboards directly by the gondola at the Planai valley station. There is a private, lockable basement storage room for cyclists in summertime to store the bikes. An electrical outlet is available for e-bikes. Free WiFi and cable TV are of course available in the apartment. Directions: *From Germany via Salzburg to the Ennstal/Graz junction exit on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km on the federal highway (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; *From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then the expressway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; *Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the Ennstal/Graz junction exit, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, B 320 federal road to Schladming; Take the Schladming Mitte exit, turn right at the first intersection towards the center of Schladming and follow the road to the first roundabout. Here take the third exit - on the left - into Erzherzog-Johann-Straße. After about 1 km you will reach a roundabout. Here take the third exit again into Lange Gasse. Follow the road until you reach the Hotel Zirngast /Camping turnoff. Then turn immediately right and follow the road until you reach the left turn onto Ernst-Ludwig-Uray Straße. Now you will see the second house on the right with the house number 647. There is a parking space available directly in the driveway (on the side of the road). Please do NOT use the reserved parking spaces (next to the garbage containers) of the house - these belong to the residents of the house next door! Additional cars MUST be parked in a public parking lot for a fee.
