Bluebell Cottage Docking - Cosy short breaks

Perfect for an Autumn / Winter short break. A small open plan brick and flint cottage and compact courtyard space, positioned in a quiet lane on the outskirts of Docking. (NB. the opposite end from pub & shop.) The cottage is located just 4 miles from the Norfolk Heritage Coast with easy access to great dog walks, bird sanctuaries, nature reserves and cycle paths. Naturally Norfolk are small independent holiday property owners who offer simple, accommodation at a sensible price. The space Bluebell Cottage is one of a pair of semi detached cottages owned by a Naturally Norfolk. It can be rented singularly sleeping 2-4, or with neighbouring Lavender Cottage (also sleeping 4) with a gate which can opened or closed according to requirements. The property has free wifi, Samsung smart tv (please log out of Apps on departure) , a simple electric cooker, small fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. It is open plan on the ground floor with a kitchen , dining table and sitting room with a sofa and armchair. The cottage has a simple to use Clearview wood burning stove and we provide a supply of logs in the winter months. Upstairs is a bathroom with over bath shower and toilet. The main bedroom has a standard double bed and second bedroom, twin beds. The cottage has a selection of books and games and a deckchair. We provide an ipad for browsing local information and a DAB radio. Rental includes a welcome voucher to spend in a local independent store. The paved outdoor courtyard is small with an outdoor dining table, sun umbrella. Naturally Norfolk cottages are downstairs dog friendly and we provide, by arrangement, local doggie info, dog bed, bowl and doggie treats and those essential poo bags! We provide a dog walk map for two walks from the cottage to exercise your pet. Guest access Access is self check in and out with a key safe. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am. We can sometimes offer full days on arrival and departure , dependant on season and other bookings. Other things to note Norfolk is very busy in the summer and we suggest you book restaurants well in advance.
