The hut is made of wood in a style that is common in these areas. The hut is lined with wooden shingles which makes it warm and very comfortable for living. There is also a trail leading to Black Lake (Crno Jezero), which is the largest lake on Durmitor, Barno Lake (swamp) is located on the way to Black Lake. There is also a trail leading to the Zminje Jezero (Snake lake), but there is no snakes ;). All of these lakes are within a 10 to 30 minute walking. The town of Zabljak is 4 km away if you are looking for a more relaxed experience to break the silence. Other things to note It is possible to order an authentic traditional breakfast and dinner from the host, homemade bread, pies with cheese, traditional meal "kacamak"... You can also use small coffee bar in front of house to rest after hiking. And refresh with Niksicko beer naturally cooled from small pool in garden.
