Cottage stay by the beach - No.1

Lovely home near Aldinga Scrub and short walk to the beautiful scenic beaches of Aldinga Beach and Silver Sands. A restful place to stay. Visit the local wineries with McLaren Vale and historic Willunga only a short drive away, or catch the bus. Bus stop nearby going to Willunga, McLaren Vale, and Sellicks Beach. Walk along the beach to Port Willunga or Sellicks Beach or simply just relax. Beds fitted with linen sheets. 2nd Bedroom available on request (see below under guest access). The space Located just two streets from the beach and two streets from the Aldinga scrub it’s a peaceful location and is set amongst a number of gumtrees that are visited by local wildlife. It’s a very peaceful location. You will have a private room with comfy bed and linen sheets in my home with shared kitchen and bathroom. A simple breakfast can be provided on request. Please confirm if you want this provided. There is plunger coffee and a variety of teas available. The space is shared with your host who has three indoor only and very shy cats and are generally at the other end of the house. It may also be shared with other guests unless you want to book that room also. As it’s my home, there are areas that are private (not for guests) and areas shared. You may find me in the middle of an art project, running a creative workshop, gardening, or neighbors/ friends visiting during your stay. Your privacy will always be respected as I expect of mine. Airbnb is a share economy community, not a hotel service. As such I will happily rent my home to guests who make me feel like they will love my home like I do and respect my private property and personal space. If you’re interested in a creative experience during your stay, feel free to ask. Please note that being by the sea, it can get windy at times. While there is a washing machine and iron it is not expected that guests will need to use these. Please let me know if you do need to use these during your stay. Guest access Shared access to kitchen and bathroom. The study and other bedrooms are not a shared spaces. If you are booking for two people and want both rooms, or want the other bedroom for up to two more guests, please let me know. If the room is free there will be an additional fee from $60 (depending on the season) plus cleaning fee, if required. Other things to note I have 3 very shy indoor cats. They may be curious but please respect them and don't be tempted to chase them or pick them up. If they're feeling brave, they will enjoy a sharing play with one of their favourite toys.
