Just a few steps from the lakeside promenade in Cannobio, our charming Appartamento GaBella awaits you – ideal for couples looking for peace and authentic Italian flair. The apartment is nestled in a quiet, typically Italian residential complex with a courtyard and a balcony (accessible via an external staircase) offering a lovely view of Lake Maggiore. With 40 m², it accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. (The sleeper chair and sofa can be used as additional beds for children if needed.) The space Our "Appartamento GaBella" underwent a complete renovation in 2021 and 2022, transforming it into a vacation apartment. With 40 m² of living space, our apartment is perfect for 2 people, but thanks to the sofa bed and a sleeping chair, it can accommodate up to 2 children as well. No detail was overlooked in the furnishings. In addition to the usual amenities, our apartment features a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Amazon Music, as well as a raclette grill, an electric grill, and an LED ambient lighting system. Outside, you can enjoy a cozy cappuccino in the stylish, covered courtyard, or you can reach the balcony with its beautiful view of Lake Maggiore via the external stairs (please note that the balcony is not directly accessible from the apartment). In addition to the private area with seating and a sunshade, there is also a seating area on the balcony, which belongs to our friendly, elderly neighbor. Guest access In our small cellar room (below the staircase to the balcony) there is also a clothes drying rack for drying laundry and 2 spare chairs for the balcony Other things to note Our "Appartamento GaBella" is situated in a prime location right by the beautiful lakeside promenade of Cannobio. Once the car is parked (there are numerous free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, the nearest one being about 200 meters away), everything can be easily reached on foot. Shops, boutiques, bakeries, and restaurants - all can be found in the direct surroundings. For swimming, a small public lawn area invites you, just about 100 meters from the house. The well-known public beach LIDO is also reachable in about 10 minutes on foot via the lakeside promenade.
