Beach Haven - Beautiful Great Ocean Road Getaway!

Welcome to our little paradise! Aireys Inlet is a coastal gem along the Great Ocean Road - 10 minutes past Anglesea and 15 mins to Lorne. This quiet Surf Coast town has much to enjoy; stunning beaches, magnificent clifftop trails that lead to the iconic Split Point Lighthouse, a picturesque river valley and the Great Otway National Park. Its lack of artificial light and atmospheric pollution creates a magnificent star show each night. Enjoy many cafe and restaurant options including a great Pub The space 'Beach Haven' a perfect rustic place to holiday whatever the season. Summer, you have so many beaches to choose from and Winter get cosy next to the log fire and read one of the many books we have, watch some Netflix or maybe play one of the board games available. We have plenty of options for you! Perfect for a family holiday or weekend getaway on your own or with friends. Comfortably fits 2 families. You enter into a huge room with cathedral ceiling that is most inviting especially in winter with the log fire. We have just put in a BRAND NEW kitchen with Bosch appliances including an induction hob. Off the kitchen is a lovely sitting room to relax and read a book or just watch the beautiful birdlife that visit. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back of the house there are 2 bedrooms one Queen and one Double with a NEWLY RENOVATED bathroom including a luxurious egg bath plus a separate toilet. At the front of the house is the 4th Queen Bedroom plus another NEWLY RENOVATED full bathroom that can also be accessed from the deck. Great for those post beach showers. Upstairs is a beautiful bedroom retreat with a Queen size bed plus there is also a single floor mattress under the bed if needed. A sitting area, full size flat screen TV and NEWLY RENOVATED ensuite bathroom. There are 2 very large viewing windows that overlook the inlet and ocean. A magical view to wake up to. Please note .. This is a NOT a party house! NO Schoolies NO group bookings under 25yrs will be accepted. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Bookings are Min 2 nights. For peak periods min nights are 7 (eg. from late Dec and Jan). Please don't hesitate to ask as occasionally there are gaps in bookings and we are happy to accomodate you where possible. Dogs are welcome but please let me know if you are bringing any. NO Schoolies and NO teenage group bookings will be accepted.
