Basement Flat, Cheltenham: sleeps 4-6

This 2 bedroom property is newly refurbed- in the prime location of Bath road, Cheltenham. Near many bars/restaurants/ coffee shops and surrounded by countryside- Lechampton and Cleeve hill this is a perfect Costworld getaway. Also only a stroll away from Montpellier gardens (where the festivals are held), the city centre and a short ride to the Races. This is a place for everyone to enjoy! FYI In addition to the 2 bedrooms, our sofa pulls out- so we can cater up to 6 people if needed. The space This basement flat is very private, and is accessed from the street by its own private gate, leading to a private front door. The kitchen is has all the desired appliances you will need for your stay, including a fully functioning washing machine and dishwasher which you are welcome to use. We provide basics such as: tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, cooking books, reading books, hangers, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dish cloths, rubber gloves and many other cleaning products for the bathroom etc. Additionally, there is a storage cupboard which contains a Dyson hoover, an airer and Iron, to ensure you have all you need for your stay. The 60inch TV is smart and we have given you access to Netflix and Amazon Prime (but please use responsibly as these are our private accounts and additional charges for movies etc are not included. If you wish to purchase a movie from Amazon through our account, do simply message, we can sort it and you can pay us privately through a link. Please be aware we do not have access to live TV, but we do have a HDMI cable in the property so feel free to attach your own device if you wish. The property was refurbished at the beginning of 2020 and so everything is fairly new and all is kept on top of. Everything is easy to use and accessible, however if you require extra help and guidance, there instructions book for how to use things located in the property. There is a fire exit at the back of one of the bedrooms, had you need to evaluate the building, however this exit should not be used unless there is an emergency. Air bnb guests do not have access to the garden as this is property of the house above, and due to the security and safety of others, there are security cameras to ensure this.
