Oasis in the City 3BHK Apartment.

My property is a 3 storied building. Each floor has a 3bhk apartment , one of them is this listing. All 3 apartments are listed on Airbnb. My place is NOT a bungalow or a villa. The pool is a common feature for all my 3 Airbnbs,however, eversince covid we have been forced to make time slots so that each group can use their time in the pool privately. The pool is a small wave pool. Apart from 6 persons, extra persons staying over,shall be chargeable@500per head, includes mattress and breakfast. The space A 2300sq feet Apartment. Situated in a private lane of a peaceful and quiet residential complex we offer you a fully furnished state of the art Apartment, tastefully designed with all the modern amenities you can think of.We are located very conveniently, just off the EMBypass which is considered one of the main arterial roads in Kolkata. Close to shopping malls,amusement parks,upcoming 5 star hotels and heritage sites. The Apartment comprises of: One Twin bed Room. One Queen sized Bed Room. One King sized Bed Room Each Room has a Private Balcony(smoking is allowed only in the balconies) Living and Dining Room A Kitchen with basic amenities ( induction,plate,microwave,refrigerator) The pool is a small wave pool, the size of a water villa in Vedic Village ( approx 17ft/10ft) The Apartment is for 6 people however, additional mattresses can be provided in two rooms , to accommodate additional 3 guests at an extra cost. Guest access The size of the Apartment is 2300sq ft The following amenities are provided: Breakfast (complimentary) Mineral water (Two 500ml bottles per day, complimentary) Bedrooms have Wardrobes Working Tables. Air conditioner Kitchen - induction stove and basic pots and pans provided for light cooking eg tea/ coffee/ Maggi/ eggs etc. You can order your meals from our menu. Induction, basic pans and pots provided for light cooking eg tea, coffee , maggi ,eggs etc We discourage outside food,however, you can call for it. We provide laundry services at affordable rates. Flowers and room decoration can be arranged at an extra cost
