Francesca's B&B

The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by olive trees, just 200 meters from the lake and 1 km from the center, with a bus stop 50 meters away. Renovation work is currently underway in my home. All rooms are for 2 people; some can accommodate 3 people with the addition of a third bed, and one room can accommodate 4/5 people. All rooms will have a private bathroom, a panoramic balcony with a lake or mountain view, and a private bathroom with a shower. Each room is equipped with a lock and key for guest safety. The space My place is located among the olive trees in a green space, offering a familiar and serene atmosphere, ideal for guests to relax. The house is family-run, and the possibility of sharing common spaces enriches your experience and knowledge of the area. Guests can enjoy a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a large terrace with tables, an indoor room with a table, and a sun terrace with various sun loungers. These common areas are to be shared with other guests, making the stay pleasant and social. The panoramic location allows for a pleasant walk to the center along the lake, adding a touch of natural beauty to your stay. Guest access The property offers a family atmosphere with access to various common areas, including a common room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a sun area. In addition, a parking lot and garage for bicycles, motorcycles and sports equipment are available, ensuring comfort and safety for all residents. During your stay The host, Francesca, lives in the house, ensuring a constant presence and availability to interact with guests. My family and I live under the B&B, which allows us to always be available for any need. We are ready to answer any questions regarding your stay, including advice on restaurants, transportation, excursions and trips. Our presence ensures continuous and personalized support during your stay. Other things to note Renovations are currently underway in my home, and everything will be new. The rooms are large enough for 2 people; some can accommodate 3 people, and one room will have 4/5 beds. All rooms will have panoramic views of the lake and the mountains. Each room will have a private bathroom with shower, a balcony, air conditioning, and heating. Breakfast will be prepared in the house kitchen and served on the terrace or in the living room if it rains or if it’s windy. In the house, there is a garden and private parking. At the end of June, the renovation work will be finished, so I will be able to host you in a fresh, clean, and renovated family atmosphere.
