Haus Seegarten is in the center of the picturesque St.Wolfgang and has an private lake-front terrace. The terrace is a desirable spot for meals, resting and take a swim after hiking .The bathingplace is 20 meter from the house. The house is spacious and comfortable for up to 6 persons. The kitchen is well stocked and has an dishwasher. It is easy to get anywhere in the town (shops, restaurants, market) by foot. The space Haus Seegarten is generously laid out on 2 floors and offers an living room with open kitchen , 2 bedrooms and beds for up to 6 guests. The large living room with generous, inviting sofas and tasteful antique furniture is ideal for relaxing in front of the fire place. The kitchen range is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The light and sunny bedrooms , some of which have a view of the lake, are located on the upper floor, as well as the comfortable bathroom. There is also a separate guest wc . There is an local spa tax that will be charged in cash after check in (2€/night/person) and an demage deposit. Guest access Enjoy the luxury of a private, romantic bathing spot (shared with owner) . The terrace is private, spacious and nicely arranged with picnic table under grapevine canopy and comfortable lounge chairs under shaded tent plus dock for sunning (june-september), with magnificent views across the turquoise lake at the overlapping shapely green mountain peaks. The bathingplace is 50 m walking across the house. The historic village centre, shops and restaurants can all be reached on foot. There is a landing stage for the local passenger boats in the immediate vicinity, and the bus stop is only 5 minutes away (Salzburg, Bad Ischl). 50 minutes to Salzburg Airport / 45 Minuten Salzburg center by car. Other things to note important information: Haus Seegarten which is situated near the centre of St. Wolfgang on the Doktor-Promenade is a self-catering holiday home. Bed linen and hand towels are included in the price The standard services which can be expected in a hotel are not available in Haus Seegarten. A cleaning service with an additional charge is available for cleaning during the guests’ stay. Haus Seegarten is a no-smoking house. Smoking in the house is not permitted. Because of its layout and the lake garden, Haus Seegarten is not suitable for small children under 7 years and children who cannot swim. Pets are not allowed. Use of the Seegarten (lake garden) with deckchairs and sitting area is also included in the price. Barbecuing facilities are available for an extra charge (deckchairs and barbecuing during summer season june - september). . There are restaurants and shops nearby which can be reached on foot. A basket of firewood is provided free of charge. Additional firewood can be obtained at an extra charge. The house is equipped with a WiFi/WLAN server, a television set with local programmes, a DVD player and a CD player with radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There are public parking places about 5 minutes’ walk away which charge €4 per day. The car can be driven up to the house for loading and unloading suitcases and shopping. Arrival is from 2 pm to 6 pm, departure before 10 am.
