Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the French Riviera, its panoramic view, large terrace and swimming pool are less than an hour from the beaches of St Raphaël or Cannes! The space The house dates from 1969; designed by an architect, it fits perfectly into the landscape. Built in the middle of the restanques, at an altitude of 750 m, in vegetation composed mainly of scrubland, thyme and holm oaks, it is not so surprising for its style, far from the classic Provençal architecture, as for the panorama it faces and which extends to the sea. Built with noble and simple materials (wood, terracotta, black brick and very light walls) the house offers generous volumes and is bathed in light. From the large living room the gaze sweeps the plains and hills, to the sea. The eye will linger on a beautifully maintained shepherd's hut as well as on the Château de Beauregard, a private residence whose construction began in 1470. In addition to the large living room, the house has 2 double bedrooms and a dormitory room, consisting of 2 single beds + bunk beds. All these rooms open onto the terrace and face the panorama. In addition to these 8 beds, there is 1 double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. On the terrace, under the sun by the pool or in the cool under the trees, calm and serenity are assured! Other things to note The pool is not heated and is equipped with a radar. As the nights can be cool, it is necessary to cover the pool to keep it at a pleasant temperature!
