Belle and Jeffs Waterfront Lake House and Jetty

'Belle and Jeff's' is perfect winter getaway. Our absolute waterfront property and jetty is just an hour and half drive from Sydney. The front windows look north over the lake and it is a calm, relaxing place in all seasons. We have all the comforts for you to spend time relaxing in the sun watching the water, or taking a stroll in the bush. Belle and Jeff's Lake House is perfect for that escape from the stresses of everyday life. Especially in winter. The space The upstairs of the house is north facing and has large windows that look across the lake to Wangi Wangi. On a sunny day in winter it is especially nice as the sun streams into the living area and warms the house. Sailing and fishing is very common on the lake. The property has water access and a jetty. Sunshine sailing club is in the next bay. New Kitchen and Bathrooms and off street parking. Large new entertaining deck off kitchen. Reverse cycling air con in the top part of the house. It is a relatively short trip to the beginning of the Hunter Valley, Newcastle or the coast. The area is quiet and has a lot of bird life, both sea birds and bush birds. You can wake at dawn to the kookaburras laughing. The house is decorated and equipped as a family home with both new and old furniture. There may be personal items such as condiments in the fridge, a family photo or 2 , and household items in the bathrooms, but we welcome visitors to share our space with the understanding that the house is not set up as a resort. We hope that you feel comfortable in our home and enjoy the location as much as we do. Guest access The whole house is available - except for locked areas. There is plenty of space in the cupboards and in the fridge for the use of guests. Other things to note - It is essential that the house is locked correctly when leaving.
