The space The apartment is BRAND NEW , newly renovated with attention to the rules of bio-architecture and the recovery of materials, and we have carefully furnished with new and modern furniture and antiques belonging to our family , carefully restructured . The apartment is part of a typical Tuscan house of 1700, where I also live with my family . Location is composed of two bedrooms, one double and one twin , and a bathroom with bath on the first floor , the ground floor is the living room - kitchen with two sofa very comfortable beds, a bathroom with shower and a small porch where you can eat during the summer. The accommodation is very comfortable, well heated , with underfloor heating and all linen is supplied in excellent pure cotton. There are many accessories , everything to cook, wash clothes and iron it , but if anything is missing just that bussiate at our door. Our house is furnished in a particular way of everything you need for small children, cot , high chair, stroller. Our guests when they arrive , they will find our welcome as a typical product of our land and also the products of our garden are always at their disposal. Guests can enjoy our beautiful garden , olive grove and vineyard , in every season of the countryside around our house is very nice and quiet and slow and relaxed life will surprise you. But you can also visit the thermal baths , the Etruscan archaeological sites , the local craft shops or going for walks in the countryside and use the numerous cycle paths . Our home can also be reached by public transport , but the car is still essential to move comfortably and enjoy the surroundings . Finally, what do you like about us? you will be on vacation between the cypress and olive trees in the rolling hills of Tuscany, but in our apartment you will feel at home. Guest access Guests can enjoy our beautiful garden, shared with my family, equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and enjoy the beautiful view for breakfast or dinner.
