The house is about 25 sqm with one bedroom, toilet and bath, and kitchen. Guest access The guest can use the entire house except the two storage cabinets below the kitchen sink. Other things to note 1) Don't wear your shoes inside the house to prevent unwanted dust, bacteria or virus in the house. 2) Keep valuable items away from the windows. Always close the windows near the front door. Keep the lights on outside at night. 3) Always wear your face mask, wash your hands and keep social distancing to prevent contracting virus. 4) The schedule of garbage collection in Terraverde Residences Phase 2 every Friday. Please don't throw food waste at the garbage bin so that dogs will not scatter the garbage. Put the garbage bag near the front door. 5) Separate plastic bottles and liquor bottles from the waste. Put it at the back of the house. 6) Change of bed sheet/blanket/pillow case/bath towel/curtain is by request. The bed linens and pillows are inside the closet. 7) Cleanliness of the house is c/o the guest during their stay and before leaving.
