Cronulla beach is 16 min drive, perfect gateway to visit the Royal National Park. Miranda Westfield is a 7 min ride. The space It has all the comforts of an apartment: kitchen with fridge, microwave, grill and ceramic cooktop and all cooking equipment required to prepare your meals. The bedroom has a queen size bed and walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk in shower. The dining room overlooks the gum trees and backyard. The apartment is attached to the main house but has independent entry. Gymea Bay Baths are less than 2 min walk and you get direct access to the path heading into the baths from our back gate. Please note that to access the property you would need to walk down a steep driveway and climb a set of stairs. It would be unsuitable for someone with mobility problems. Guest access Laundry access can be provided on request. Other things to note Access to the property is by walking down via a steep driveway. Very manageable if you don't have mobility problems.
