Detached house near Palazzone (within walking distance), Agriturismo Mori Casa Didde 1 is in a panoramic position. Ground floor: living room (with fireplace) kitchen-dining room, bathroom. First floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 beds in a connecting room (can accommodate 4+2 people in total, including adults, children and infants). The first floor can also be accessed directly from the outside. Rentals in medium and high season run from Saturday to Saturday. The space It is a small nucleus consisting of two farmhouses located near the village of Palazzone: Casa Didde 1 and Casa Didde 2. The central location with respect to important historical-artistic centers allows you to reach all the most interesting locations in Central Italy (Florence-Perugia-Rome-Arezzo-Siena-Montepulciano-Orvieto etc...) in 1 hour-1 hour and a half. Casa Didde is named after the company employee who lived in this facility with his family for decades. Recently renovated and strategically located just a few steps from the village of Palazzone, Casa Didde offers its guests the right compromise between a quiet holiday and an original village life that, in many ways, seems to have remained at the beginning of the century, when agriculture and pastoralism were the only source of livelihood. Guest access From mid-May to the end of September, guests can enjoy the beautiful 6x12 metre swimming pool (shared with Casa Didde 1 - max 5 people and Vigna - max 3 people) just a few metres from the house. The house is also completely independent when it comes to outdoor spaces. In view of the current situation, the pavements around the pool will be demarcated (with flower pots) so that half of the outdoor space is for the occupants of one house only. Among the photographs you will find one from above that shows the layout of the two houses and the pool. If they are interested, they can visit the old oil mill and the historic company winery. Other things to note The price includes cleaning on Saturdays, when linen is also changed. In medium and high season, rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday). In low season, the minimum booking is 2 days. In monthly rentals, linen is provided but cleaning and laundry are not included.
