On the 1st floor: kitchen with "bar" table and "bar" chairs, fully equipped built-in elements. On the 2nd floor served by straight stairs: 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed and bathroom open to the bedroom (vanity + mirror) + large shower of the "Italian" type; independent toilet. On the 3rd floor served by narrow and straight stairs of the "not Japanese" type: attic room open to the stairs with a 1 140 bed and 1 90 bed.
