Access to the cottage by an uphill alley. 64 m² cottage on 3 levels, with entrance on the ground floor: living room with sofa and 2 poufs and TV screen, separate toilet. On the 1st floor: kitchen with "bar" table and "bar" chairs, fully equipped built-in elements. On the 2nd floor, accessed by a straight staircase: 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed and bathroom open to the bedroom (sink + mirror) + large "Italian" shower; separate toilet. On the 3rd floor, served by a narrow and straight staircase of the "Japanese step" type: attic bedroom open to the staircase with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.
