Free parking on site The space Your bedroom has a full private bathroom located in the room with tons of amenities like toothbrushes, a first aid kit, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer and more. The bedroom also has a TV and a closet with hangers for storage, as well as access to WiFi for your convenience. Private entrance with access to the patio is also available in this room. Guest access Your bedroom is the only room on the first level of my three story town home. Please feel free to use the bedroom and patio as you please. There is a kitchenette in your room, along with a mini fridge. The kitchen and fridge on the middle level are off limits to guests. There is no access to a washer or dryer here, but there is a laundromat in town. Please note this is my primary residence and I do have a roommate who lives upstairs along with myself. Access to the second & third level of the home is not permitted to Airbnb guests. During your stay I am very easy to communicate with and love meeting new people! I am a restaurant manager for a local hospitality group so I come and go pretty frequently and have long hours in the summer time. I am not always at the house but I am always available should you have any questions or need to contact me. Other things to note You may see my roommate come and go during your stay, but there are no other rooms on the first floor, so it is a very private space. I also have a cat who stays in my room (on the third floor). She is confined to my room at all times during peak summer season (May-September), but does roam the house when we do not have guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Fees (listed in the house rules) will apply if you are found to be smoking in the room or on the patio. Please go out to the parking lot to smoke.
