Elegant Penthouse with Private Garden – Perfect for a Getaway! This modern penthouse with its own garden is great for a short trip or vacation for up to 6 people. Close to Salzburg, it offers a large bathroom, three bedrooms, living/dining room, and a kitchen with amazing mountain views. Great Location: Salzburg’s city center is just a 25-minute drive, and Hallein is only 5 minutes away. Free train and bus connections are excellent. Ideal for sightseeing, hiking, and swimming in the lakes! The space At your arrival you will find, at the end of a dead-end-alley, a charge-free guest-parking area for two cars. The entrance of the house is down a little gravel lane. You will have access to your private area, on the top floor of the house with a wonderful view to the mountains from all rooms. This loft has been built in spring of 2024 and includes a wardrobe, toilet, open kitchen with living and dining area and a reading place for those winter evenings. You will also find two bedrooms with a king-size bed and a queen-size-bed and a bathroom with a large shower, double sink and a washer/dryer. An elegant little stair leads up to the third bedroom- area, the loft-area. Each of these bedrooms has a pleasant view of the garden and of the nearby mountains. A sitting area under a large beech within a 500 sqm garden rounds up your hopefully pleasant stay. Guest access As a guest you have access to your complete level on the two-level top floor with a perfect view to the surrounding mountains. The offices of the owners are on the ground level (first floor) of the villa. Privat room are on the 2nd floor. The staircase will be used by everybody from time to time. Other things to note A large garden right next to the entrance driveway is at the guest´s proposal. Children are very welcome. We like dogs since we have are owners of a well trained Golden Retriever. The tax we have to deliver to the local government is € 3,0 per guest and per night.
