Overlooking Parker’s Piece, Regency House offers modern apartments within a traditional Victorian townhouse. Set in the centre of Cambridge with shops, restaurants and the Cambridge University Colleges are just minutes away. The space Regency House is made up of a 10 bedroom guest house capable of accommodating a total of 17 guests and then the apartments are in the building next door. We have three apartments: a one bed, two bed and three bed. With a maximum capacity of 16. All apartments available for booking on Air BnB. This apartment comprises of two double bedrooms both with single size futon sofa bed and their own shower room. There is a kitchen diner and both bedrooms can bed locked. This apartment is located on the second and third floor of Regency House. It is important to consider the futon bed for the 5th and 6th people are small beds with futon mattresses. We would suggest that they are perfect for a child or small adult. Regency House may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or mobility issues, due to the rooms being spread out over 5 floors. Regency House does not have a night porter to assist guests with disabilities or mobility issues. Guests must be able to evacuate themselves in an emergency. There are no vibrating pads or visual alarms at this property to alert guests with disabilities in the event of fire. Other things to note Hello, We would like to invite all our guests to a breakfast, which we will serve in our Breakfast Room, located in the basement of building 7 Regent Terrace. Monday to Friday 8am to 10 am Saturday to Sunday 8:30am to 10:30am £15 per person, children under 6 years old, eat free.
