Important Information! *Not accepting bookings currently* A 550 m2 farm-like estate with a 50 m2 house and a big yard in the countryside of Neos Marmaras, Chalkidiki. Located in a quiet and peaceful area in nature. 5 minutes on foot away from the central beach and 10-15 minutes from the city centre. Near the 5* hotel “Porto Carras” with its well-known casino. Ideal for family vacations and couples. I speak English, Greek, Albanian and a little German. The property is part of a large holiday complex and it has other adjacent houses nearby. Inside: A bright and spacious living room-kitchen with a seperate small bedroom, a WC with a shower and a hallway that connects all the rooms. The living room includes two couches that turn into beds and the bedroom has one single-bed. The windows have screens to keep the bugs out. Outside: a big yard for gatherings and parking space, a big barbeque, a huge dining table in front of the house, a shed to cover from sunrays, an umbrella and few bungalows on the grass to enjoy sunbathing, a couple of water hoses for a quick wash after the beach and artificial lighting all around for cozy night outdoor gatherings. You will be given clean towels, fresh sheets, shampoos, and cleaning products. Please, try to keep it clean. Any damage caused is going to be an extra charge. Hope you have a comfortable and joyful stay! Guest access The whole area is yours to enjoy. There is a small building on the same property at the corner of the yard where the owner stays some days during the summer to take care of and maintain the property. Other things to note A strict cleaning procedure as defined by Airbnb is followed. There is a bug protection system and a substance that keeps snakes away.
